Our design philosophy at Ntrada Design is to enhance your living or working space with smart, efficient and sustainable planning. Whether it is a small 30 square foot bathroom or a 10k square foot commercial office space, planning is the key component to a great design or redesign. At Ntrada Design we strongly evaluate the repurposing of a space to ensure we gain the most function out of our redesign. Our focus is on the function of a space.
We also provide selection and specification of lighting and plumbing fixtures, equipment, appliances and furnishings, color palettes, paint and finish selection, fabrics, flooring and other hard surfaces.
One of the perks to hiring Ntrada Design is the comfort in knowing that we are in your corner to manage your design project. We can work independently or with architects & contractors. Our construction management services include communication between contactors, architects and client to ensure the project is running smoothly and on budget. We can oversee both the financial management of the construction budget and also management of construction schedule.
Our Facility Management services are well rounded. What ever your need is we have the experience to manage your facility. Our services for managing facilities range from researching space needs to acquiring real estate leases, efficient space planning to ensure maximum use of space, moving offices into new buildings, and ongoing building management focusing on saving resources and money.
Creating functional, space efficient, sustainable, aesthetically pleasing spaces, one project at a time is our motto. Sheryl Wohl Chaffee is the Principal Designer at Ntrada Design. She is accredited as NCIDQ by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, CID by the California Counsel for Interior Design Certification and LEED AP by the U.S Green Building Council. Sheryl is nationally and state certified in Interior Design, and nationally certified as a LEED accredited professional. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. LEED AP (accredited professional) is the mark of the most qualified, educated, and influential green-building professionals in the marketplace.
